No Reply Ltd is the data controller for everything described here. You can reach us at reply@no-reply.co.uk, by phone on 0330 043 5000, or at Unit F2, Burnt Common Business Park, London Road, Send, Guildford, Surrey GU23 7DS.
This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from a third party. Fonts, images and stylesheets are all served from no-reply.co.uk, so visiting these pages doesn't tell anyone but our host that you were here. We don't know who visits.
Our host keeps standard server logs — IP address, page requested, time, browser — for a short period for security and troubleshooting. We don't use them to build any profile of you.
If you email or call us
We keep your message and your contact details for as long as we need them to deal with what you asked about, and afterwards to keep a record of what was agreed. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and in some cases performing a contract with you.
- We don't add you to a mailing list.
- We don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
- We use a standard business email provider, so your message is stored on their servers under their security terms.
Our apps
Each app states what it collects on its App Store listing, under Apple's privacy labels, and in its own policy linked from that app's entry on our site. Where an app works without collecting personal data, it doesn't collect any.
Where an app does collect something, we ask for the least that makes the feature work, we tell you what it's for, and we don't use it for advertising or sell it on.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we'll delete it.
Transfers outside the UK
Our email and hosting providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK's adequacy regulations or by standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that's wrong;
- delete it, where we have no continuing reason to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- provide it in a portable form.
Email reply@no-reply.co.uk and we'll deal with it within one month. There's no charge. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the home page as well.
